Thank you for participating in The Michael J. Fox Foundation's Virtual Spring 5K/10K/Half! Though we may be apart, we are all here together to put Parkinson's in the past. We've created this Race Day HQ page to get you ready for the event. On this page, you will find important information about race weekend and some motivational surprises.

Since this is a virtual event, we are relying on you to share photos of your race experience. Take sweaty selfies and pictures in your 5K/10K/Half t-shirt or show off your race bib! Throughout the weekend we will be posting to our social media channels and encourage you all to do the same. Tag us on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and
use the hashtag #OutrunPD and #GoTeamFox! Your photos will populate on our event homepage.
