Thank you for participating in The Michael J. Fox Foundation's first ever Virtual 5K/10K! Though we may be apart, we are all HERE to accelerate a cure for Parkinson's together. We've created this Race Day HQ page to get you ready for the event. On this page, you will find important information about race weekend and some fun motivational surprises.

Since we can't be together, we are relying on you to share photos of your virtual race experience. Take sweaty selfies and pictures in your 5K/10K t-shirt or show off your race bib! Throughout the weekend we will be posting to our social media channels and encourage you all to do the same. Tag us on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and use the hashtag #OutrunPDHERE.
